I help ambitious women, leaders and organisations build the confidence and resilience, to achieve more — without sacrificing your wellbeing along the way.

My Approach

My work brings together positive psychology, coaching psychology, leadership development and organisational change.

I support people and organisations to build greater clarity, confidence and resilience, navigate pressure and continue progressing in ways that support both performance and wellbeing.

This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level motivation. It’s about creating practical, meaningful change that helps people think more clearly, lead more confidently and work in healthier, more sustainable ways.

What I Believe

I believe in ambition. In having big dreams, setting meaningful goals and continuing to pursue what matters to you — even when the path isn’t straightforward.

I have always been a cheerleader for people who are willing to work towards something they truly want. Whether that’s progressing in their career, becoming a stronger leader, building a business or pursuing a long-held dream, I believe the right support can help people recognise what they’re capable of.

And I also believe success should not come at the cost of wellbeing.

Ambition and wellbeing don’t have to compete. My work is about helping people build the confidence, resilience and self-awareness to keep moving towards what matters to them, while creating a healthier and more sustainable way of getting there.

The Story Behind My Work

In 2003, I decided to travel the world.

Standing at Sydney Opera House, I remember feeling that there had to be more to life. I had a big ambition to help women like me feel happier, stronger and more confident in who they were.

By 2004, I had one clear goal: to become a psychologist.
When I returned to the UK, I knew I wanted to find a role where I could help transform people and business.

In June 2005, I secured a role with a large travel organisation in their transformation department – and that was the beginning of a career that would shape everything I do now.

From there, I moved into a large logistics organisation, where I spent seven years learning as much as I could about transformation, continuous improvement, leadership behaviour and how change really happens inside organisations.

I observed leaders closely – some who inspired me deeply, and others who showed me the impact leadership can have when people, communication and wellbeing are not fully understood. I connected with people, shared my passion, asked questions and kept learning, even when some people doubted me.

Around this time, I also had a dream of working with luxury brands. I wanted to understand what leadership, performance and culture looked like in high-standard environments. Over several years and different roles, I had around 15 interviews with the same brand. I never gave up.

Eventually, that dream became real, and I secured a role in aerospace with a luxury brand. Over time, I went on to work across several luxury, manufacturing and engineering environments, continuing to focus on transformation, people, performance and change.

In 2007, I started my BSc Psychology degree. Even then, I was fascinated by what helps people perform well at work without their wider lives being negatively affected. My research explored the effects of home-life balance on employee engagement — an early indication of a theme that would continue throughout my career and studies. I finally graduated in 2012.

In 2015, I completed my Coaching and Mentoring Certificate, I wanted to deepen my understanding of how to support people more effectively — learning how to listen, ask better questions and create the space for people to think, reflect and find their own way forward.

In 2019, I began my MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. After a much longer journey than expected, I finally graduated in 2025. My research returned to a remarkably similar question, this time exploring the impact of group coaching on an individual’s mental toughness within an organisational setting.

There has always been a clear thread.

From home-life balance and employee engagement to coaching, mental toughness, leadership and performance, my academic and professional journey has consistently focused on understanding what helps people perform, grow and achieve — without losing sight of their wellbeing.

Today, that same purpose continues through my work. Across more than 20 years, my career has shaped my confidence, strengthened my resilience and deepened my passion for supporting ambitious people, leaders and organisations to create meaningful, sustainable success.

My motto has always been simple:

Never give up. Keep going. And do not let other people’s doubts decide what is possible for you.

What I didn’t know when I started was that the journey would take far longer, and ask far more of me, than I ever expected.

Life brought loss, grief, depression and PTSD. There were times when I was quietly drowning, while still trying to keep going, keep studying and keep believing that the path I had chosen still mattered.

Some people take a gap year. I apparently took a gap decade.
But through those years, I learned something that now sits at the heart of my work: Determination does not always look polished or glamorous. Sometimes it looks like showing up messy, tired and uncertain – and still choosing to try.

I share this because my work is not just professional. It is personal.
I know what it feels like to keep going when life feels heavy. I know what it feels like to rebuild confidence, clarity and self-belief after difficult seasons. And I know how powerful the right support, tools and conversations can be.

That ambition I felt back in 2003 has never left me.
I still have a huge ambition to complete the goal I set for myself all those years ago. In 2027, my next journey will begin as I start researching whether chartership or a PhD is the right path forward.

For now, I bring everything I have learned – through study, coaching, consultancy, leadership development, organisational transformation and lived experience – into helping people and organisations create healthier, more resilient ways of living, leading and working.

Because success should not come at the cost of wellbeing.

I combine

positive psychology, coaching psychology and over 20 years’ organisational transformation experience to help people build resilience, confidence and sustainable success.
